Index Property Solutions has always been active in the leasing of commercial and industrial properties since it started 20 years ago, and this year we have proven ourselves to be competent in the field the leasing of retail properties as well.
We are proud to have been involved with two of the larger Seattle Coffee Co branches in KwaZulu Natal, as well as the set up of a first class bakery and eatery called "The Daly Bagel" in Mount Edgecombe.
Sunningdale Centre is another complex that Index Property Solutions marketed this year, and we are pleased to have successfully placed two retailers in the centre- a stunning art gallery known as "Eye4Art" as well as an Indian Restaurant on the large corner site- "Chubby's" that opened over the weekend.
Our broker- Sanchia Malan was involved in the procurement and negotiations of all of these sites in 2018, and looks forward to placing more retailers in the year to come.
